Virginia and Maryland Governors Unite Behind Menhaden Harvest Cap Plan
Maryland Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. and Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine have announced a five-year annual cap on the industrial harvest of menhaden from the Chesapeake Bay.
